Get in Touch

We’re here to offer support and information as best we can, within ethical and legal boundaries. While we can provide general guidance, we cannot give specific one-to-one advice (including by email) on methods of self-deliverance. For comprehensive and responsible information, we recommend our own publications, introductory books by Derek Humphry, and select academic sources. Thank you for your understanding.
